Dear Ma’aden Leader,

On behalf of the entire fitt team, as well as the University of Cambridge, it gives us great pleasure to welcome you to the 2024 Ma’aden Leadership Development Programs.

An exciting feature of this year’s programs is a brand new design – based on the Ma’aden values. Through this, we build a culture of value alignment and enable a critical group of leaders to demonstrate key behaviours and capabilities aligned to the Ma’aden way.

Each program follows a blended format – comprising action learning modules, individual and group coaching, digital learning and business projects; in a combination of on-site and virtual experiences. All carefully crafted to equip you with the required knowledge and skills to excel in a fast-changing world of work.

Our goal is to create a unique experience that can support you in A) contributing to the Ma’aden growth strategy into the future and B) building your leadership brand, reflecting and chartering your path forward.
We encourage you to embrace this journey. The more you put in, the more you will get out of the experience. Make the journey your own. Tailor it to your expectations. Take the time out of your busy schedule –  investment in your own development will always yield great results. Most importantly, have fun! Meet the Ma’aden Leadership Development Program Director

Henry Chandler is a global HR Leader and experienced executive who has an extensive track record in Leadership Development, Talent Management and Learning. His key experience include leading Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at mining giant Fortescue (Mining), Global Director for Talent and Leadership Development at SABIC (Chemicals and Energy) and Group Head for Strategic Workforce Planning at SASOL (Energy). Henry served as Vice President and Board Member for the ASTD and as Partner at the Josh Bersin Academy. Henry is the Programs Director for the 2024 Ma’aden Leadership Programs.
